What information do we collect?

The kind of Personal Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The Personal Information which we collect and hold about you may include:

  • User information: this includes information that you have provided to us when using the Website. The information we collect includes any information you provide to us directly or indirectly through your use of the Website.

  • Profile information: this includes any information you choose to store in any third-party applications that we use. 

  • Financial information: this includes information such as payment card details and bank account details. We use this information to send to our third-party payment gateways when you make payment through any third-party application.

  • Website use information: When you use our Website, for example when you contact us, we collect information that enables us to contact you.

  • Surveys: information in connection with client surveys, questionnaires and promotions;

  • Marketing list data: on the Website you may have the ability to subscribe to various newsletters and email marketing lists. We collect the information when you input your details which may include your name, email address and email marketing preferences.

  • How we collect your Personal Information

    1. We may collect Personal Information from you whenever you input such information into the Website, third-party applications or provide it to Us in any other way. Clients are required to submit progress photos, body composition measurements and a client progress questionnaire weekly or fortnightly.

    2. If you sign up to our program you give FitBody Coaching permission to publish and use pictures of your physique for marketing, advertising and social media purposes. We respect your privacy. In order to protect your identity your face will not be included in any marketing, advertising and social media material.

    3. We may also collect cookies from your computer. A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer and is stored on your hard drive. If you have registered with us then your computer will store an identifying cookie which will save you time each time you re-visit our site by remembering your email address for you. You can change the settings on your browser to prevent cookies being stored on your computer without your explicit consent.

    4. We generally don’t collect Sensitive Information, but when we do, we will comply with the preceding paragraph regarding Sensitive Information.

  • Purpose of collection

    1. We collect Personal Information to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Website and keep in touch with you about developments in our business.

    2. We customarily only disclose Personal Information to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.

    3. By using our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We do not use Sensitive Information in direct marketing activity.
